The Ride to Vegas

A couple Mondays ago my Mom, Dani and her girls, Paisley and I took a ride to Las Vegas to see Mandi and do some shopping. Well, on the ride down Joey started throwing up so we pulled over. It was perfect timing because just then Paisley pooped. I go to change her diaper quick while we're stopped and within the seconds of her pooping and me changing her within 2 minutes, it was EVERYWHERE! No this wasn't the first time it's happened just very inconvenient. It was all over in her car seat, all over her clothes and all over me. We were just going to be in Vegas for the day but I didn't pack an extra outfit in my diaper bag like I should have. She rode the rest of the way in nothing but her diaper and hair bow. She was a good sport. When we got there we found Marshall's a family favorite store) and my mom bought her a cute little outfit. The rest of the day went great and we had lots of fun. Thanks girls and especially Mom for the fun trip! The cutest gal in the world!

Sockless Nap

We took a nap together one afternoon on the couch and when I woke up I noticed her sock had fallen off. I thought.."how uncomfortable!" However, she didn't seem to mind. I love these little feet. I have yet to clip her toenails
but they look like they have been chewed. It is so funny and absolutely priceless!

Precious Little Hands...Her Trademark

Paisley is always doing something adorable with her hands. It is seriously the cutest thing. They are so adorable that people must think I pose her in these pictures. I am always going to remember her as my child with the trademark hands. I cannot get enough of her. Picture this if you can (I was unable to get a picture but I want to right it down so I can always remember it)...she was sleeping on her right side with her left hand under her cheek and her right hand stretched out in front of her. It was totally backwards but the cutest thing I'd ever seen. It made me laugh! :)

Grandpa Bruce's Birthday

My Dad's Birthday was on June 2nd and I was so excited to get these pictures of the 2 of them. My Dad was playing with her and being so cute to her. He adores this little girl and I know she loves him. Happy Birthday Dad...what more could you want for your birthday then to hold "Little Prissy" eh?We love you!

**To the Rescue**

3 Weeks ago Doug and I were asked to Speak in Church on Elder M. Russell Ballard's talk "Finding Joy Through Loving Service." It was a great opportunity and we learned a lot. There was just one thing we needed to do....find someone to help with Paisley. Grandma Deb and Grandpa Dean came to the rescue. It was so fun! As we were sitting on the stand I leaned over to Doug and pointed out how funny it is when you can recognize the voice of your own child in the congregation. Your child's voice is so distinct! When Paisley would make a fuss or cry my heart would melt. I loved that I knew it was her!
Thanks Grandma & Grandpa!!

Golfing Coral Canyon

Doug's cousin Casey Fowles is the Pro out @ Coral Canyon so we were fortunate enough to go golfing there a couple weeks ago. Doug has been there several times for tournaments and things but this was my first time. The course was absolute beautiful and I wish I had taken more pictures but I'm having too much golfing so I tend to forget. Doug had won some money on the books there and he let me have it. I had a blast "golf shopping!" It's one of my favorite things! We love that golfing is something we both enjoy and can do it together! We can't wait for little Paisley to join us!
This picture is one looking over the pond back to the club house. In person it is even prettier!

Walk

A couple weeks ago we took Paisley on her first walk. We don't think she absolutely loved it. Not yet! However, it was fun to get out of the house. She seemed to love the second walk we took her on so we can't wait for more walks to come.
I love her facial expression in this picture!!
