4th of July 2011

We spent the 4th in Delta with Doug's family. We had so much fun and loved every minute of it. We were able to spend a lot of time with Doug's family golfing, playing Volleyball, eating and watching the Parade. We ran into a lot of Doug's friends and we were able to catch up. Delta is the happenin' place on the 4th of July and the place to be.

3 years ago on the 4th of July I was with my family in Delta and Doug and I were introduced for the 1st time. It is always fun to go back and do it all again. I remember the very tree where we met and it is where he later proposed. I am the luckiest girl in the world and I love my new little family.

Later that evening we went golfing with the family and had a blast. I had a shot that was about 100 yards away from the pin and this is where it landed. Talk about a once in a lifetime chance and still didn't happen. You're probably thinking "yeah right" but I promise. What are the chances!
