Please read me

Anyone?!?! I can no longer download pictures from my computer! I must have disabled something or deleted it or who knows what but it will only put a little gray box on my post and no picture. I can do it from my phone but most of the pictures i need to update are on my computer and it's easier to do on my comp. Do you know much about computers? Have you had this problem before? Does your husband know about computers. I really want this fixed! :(
