Doug surprised me with a weekend getaway in Las Vegas and with "Phantom of the Opera" tickets. To put it lightly I was flabbergasted. We went with his parents Wednesday afternoon and headed down. We checked in Harrah's hotel and then we were off to see Phantom. I was so excited and couldn't believe I was there. I wanted to stand up and sing along with each song. I was having the time of my life. After the show we hit the buffet and had crab legs. We stayed the night and on Thursday Doug took me shopping all day long. Later that night we hit the Boise State vs. Arizona Maaco Bowl. Doug's mission buddy Mike Aimes plays for Boise State and gave us tickets to see it. The game was so much fun and it was good to see Aims. Thanks Doug, Dean and Deb for such a fun night. It was my first night without Paisley and I missed her so much. Thanks to Mandi and Russ, Kari, and My mom and Dad for watching her. I love you all!
